Need a meal? We got you.

St. Ben’s Community Meal is at 930 W State St, Milwaukee.

We have hot food for you five nights weekly. You can come on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. On Friday, we have food in bags for you. Grown-ups should bring something that shows who they are. Grown-ups should come with kids.

We check everyone with a metal scanner to make sure everyone is safe. Dinner starts at 5:15 in the evening and ends at 6:30. You can come and wait in the room all afternoon. We have a big TV, other help for you, and a place for the kids to play. You can get the food in bags on Friday from 1 in the afternoon until 4 in the afternoon.

Menu

The dinner menu changes nightly and is prepared by a different sponsor group from around the area.

Safety protocols

For the safety of all guests, volunteers and staff, there are metal detectors at the front door. Weapons are not allowed inside. Capuchin brothers, staff and security guards are around to help keep everyone safe.

Visiting groups

We sometimes have people from the Milwaukee Continuum of Care, Health Department or other organizations to help you. There are student and volunteer musicians who sometimes come to play music during dinner. Sometimes a photographer from St. Ben’s is taking pictures for the website or for Facebook. Our staff will ask before taking pictures, but please let us know if you don’t want to have your picture taken.
